Fall 2025 Case Competition
This semester we will be hosting a case competition in collaboration with El Jefe's Taqueria. The winning team will have the opportunity to represent Boston University in a national case competition in the Spring semester.

Eligibility Requirements

All team members must be current undergraduate BU students.

There are no requirements for majors nor prior involvement with the BU Consulting Group.

Ideally candidates will be available, on-campus in the Spring semester to compete in the case competition with Professor Stoller, but it is not a requirement to compete.
Competition Format

Teams of 3-4 students ​will receive a case prompt regarding a business problem a El Jefé's Taqueria is considering. Teams will then have one week to conduct research and develop a presentation detailing recommendations.

Teams will then present their findings to the judges in the form of a 10 minute PowerPoint presentation, followed by 5 minutes of Q+A.

Judges will score each team and the winners will be announced at the end of the event.

All participants will receive a Case Competitor quarter zip and El Jefé's Taqueria-catered lunch!​
How to Apply

Students can apply as either a complete team (either 3 or 4 students), or as a singular student looking to be placed with teammates.

Fill out the Qualtrics Form linked above by Monday, October 27 at 11:59 PM to be considered.
