Partner
Grant Kieffer is a Partner at Bain & Company, where he advises clients across private equity, technology, healthcare, and corporate strategy. In his role as Partner, Grant is responsible for leading client engagements, developing strategic recommendations, building long-term client relationships, and helping organizations navigate complex growth, investment, and transformation decisions.
Since joining Bain in 2017, Grant has worked with clients and investors on a wide range of strategic and transaction-related initiatives, with a focus on private equity, technology, M&A, and value creation. Prior to Bain, Grant spent four years as a Management Consultant at Accenture, where he advised organizations on business strategy and operational improvement.
Grant holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar in the top 5% of his class, and a BSBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. He is based in the Boston area and is passionate about mentoring future consultants and helping clients solve their most important strategic challenges.
